A Wilder Kind Of Luxury
A regenerative field where land, community, art and living grow from the same ground. Built on nature's original abundance, not on scarcity.
From the creator to you. No middleman.
Everything here is made, written or grown within Art of the Field. Each piece sits in the layer it comes from. Some are ready, more are on their way.
Money is what happens after a creative mind solves a problem, imagines a future, grows something from nothing. It is the echo, the shadow, the consequence.
Creatives are the real economy. Without the artist, the designer, the builder and the regenerative thinker, there is nothing to monetize.
The creative, the vision, the execution. Ideas that move markets, art that changes how people see, systems that regenerate instead of extract.
The tool. Money serves value.
Value flows back to the source. To the creator. Always.
Money is not value. Money is a ghost.
Money is what happens after a creative mind solves a problem, imagines a future, builds a system, grows something from nothing. Money is the echo. The shadow. The consequence.
Creatives are the real economy.
Without a new idea, there is no market. Without a vision, there is no industry. Without the artist, the designer, the builder, the regenerative thinker, there is nothing to monetize.
Gatekeepers, middlemen, extractors, parasites. They don't create. They identify what was created, take it, repackage it, and insert themselves as essential.
They are not essential. They are convenient. And convenience is not value.
Value: 80%. The creative. The vision. The execution. The person who sits with soil and sees the future of regeneration. The designer who understands color, line, and human need. The artist who transforms material into meaning. The builder who architects systems that didn't exist yesterday.
Money: 20%. The tool. The exchange medium. The practical representation of agreement. Money has no power without value to back it. A billion dollars spent on a bad idea is just burning trees. A billion dollars redirected toward actual creative work? That's infrastructure following vision. Money serves value. Not the other way around.
To anyone who wants to participate in what creatives build: you don't negotiate with creatives. You don't extract from them. You don't tell them their work needs to fit your timeline or your platform or your algorithm.
You ask to be part of it. And you pay for the privilege.
If you're not creating, if you're not ideating, designing, building, regenerating, then your role is singular: you move the money. You don't move the vision.
The creative sets the terms.
The creative sets the pace.
The creative owns the future.
You either support that, or you get out of the way.
A regenerative system where soil, hemp, art, currency, and human creativity are inseparable. Where the value flows backward to the source: the people who imagined it, the people who built it, the people who will grow it.
Not to the platform. Not to the middleman. Not to the person who "introduced" the idea to a market.
To the creator. Always.
Stop waiting for permission. Stop explaining your value. Stop underpricing your vision. Stop letting extractors tell you that their "experience in the industry" matters more than your original idea.
Your original idea is the industry.
You don't need gatekeepers anymore. You need infrastructure. You need tools. You need people who move money and then get out of the way. AI, direct platforms, your own systems: use them. They don't extract. They execute.
The future is built by the creative, for the creative, with tools that serve instead of parasitize.
For centuries: Creator → Gatekeeper → Market → Money.
Now: Creator → Direct execution → Market → Money.
The gatekeeper disappears. And the creative keeps everything that was never theirs to lose.
Art of the Field regenerates. And the creatives who refused to be extracted? They're building the future.
You don't need to be lucky to meet us. We need you if you're paying to be part of it.
Never had an office except the mountains.
Art of the Field is Lene's life legacy: two decades of travelling the world and riding big mountains, gathered into one regenerative universe. Everything here grew from that ground.
As an artist she works under the name Jasmin Heyoka, a second self inspired by the Portuguese writer Fernando Pessoa and his many names. On the book the two meet: Lene above the tree line, Jasmin below it. Two hemispheres, two nervous systems, one author.
flexiterian
noun & adjective · coined by Lene NordermoenThe art of flexing. Moving like nature, with it, never against it. The opposite of rigidity.
You read the snow and the slope and bend with them. Fight the face and it throws you.
Permaculture works with the land's own patterns: water, soil, companions.
PermaCoin adjusts itself as the network grows, instead of locking into a fixed rate.
Two names, one author. Clothes that move with the body. Forms that serve life.
Before anything grows, there is sovereignty.
To be sovereign is to own yourself: your body, your time, your land, your creations and your choices. Nature gives in abundance. Scarcity and fear are made by people. Everything in the field grows from the right of every human being, and every community, to decide for themselves.
Sovereignty is not only a matter for states. It rests in the people themselves. The right to self-determination, politically, culturally, socially and economically, is written into international human rights law: the UN Charter and the two international human rights covenants of 1966, which both open with the same words: all peoples have the right of self-determination.
For Art of the Field this means: no gatekeepers between the maker and the work, no fabricated scarcity, and technology that serves people, held by the Benevolent AI Field Shield.
Nature tech, Mother Earth. Soil is where everything starts.
A gift that keeps on giving.
Holistic cooperation that creates diversity: an interconnected network that generates harmony. Fertility and regeneration. Abundance for everybody. Not fear-based. Give back more than you take, and the culture becomes permanent.
Holistic balance. Diversity. An ecological symphony. Living from it.
Get a land. Get the locals engaged. Work.
Crack the hard code: a lava garden in the mountains, a co-operative, a windy, salty flower garden at sea level, and living from the garden as much as possible.
Lava Love · a floral mandala garden
Catch the rain from the roof, follow the keyline from convex to concave, let swales and terraces stop the erosion, and let gravity carry the water where it is needed.
All layers can be planted at the same time. Permaculture is a tree-based movement.
Worms and vermicompost, hot compost in lasagne layers, fermented teas, banana circles and dry toilets. Weeds are the pioneers of natural succession; mycorrhiza and nitrogen-fixing plants feed the ground instead of industrial fertiliser.
From zone 0, the house, outward: the kitchen garden, the orchard, the field, water and river trees, and the wild, which is mostly left alone. Wind, sun, water, forest and fire are read as sectors before anything is placed. Never block the whole wind.
Observation, boundaries, resources, analysis, design, implementation, maintenance and celebration, in a loop that feeds back into itself. Many functions for each element, and each function held by many elements.
Face the sun, shade the summer, store the warmth. Glass gathers the light, earth and stone hold it, and insulation keeps it home. Air comes in low and cool and leaves high and warm. Sun on the roof, wind on the hill, water from the sky.
Continues in Living · the regenerative house ↓In the Wheel of the Year, July and August are the gathering months, when the herbs come into their full strength. Thyme leads: Mediterranean, sun-loving, generous. Some plants of the season are only for admiring and for the old stories.

ComingPermaCoin: a permaculture currency connecting soil to ether.
Value that grows from the ground up.
Every field depends on people who care for it: who plant, build soil, catch water, teach and share. PermaCoin turns that care into real value. It rests on two connected layers: a harvest that gives the coin a floor, and a regeneration score that decides who receives it.
The field grows a real, licensed medicine, sold to hospitals and clinics. Part of what it earns goes into a shared treasury that stands behind every coin. Real euros from a real harvest, not belief.
Growing hemp, saving seeds, catching water, building soil, teaching children: every real act of regeneration earns points. Points can't be bought, only earned, and they decide who receives PermaCoin.
The bridge: the harvest backs the value of the coin, and contribution decides who receives it. Abundance shows up as more real value per coin, never as endless printing.
Cooperation, not competition. The field rewards what makes the community stronger, and the more you help others, the more you help yourself. A coworking economy, with no gatekeepers taking the upside from the growers and the makers.
Like a fruit forest, what comes out goes back in. The harvest fills the treasury, the treasury funds hemp homes and the next season, and the homes give back to those who built them.
Everyone starts at the same multiplier. Steady work, month after month, makes it grow; long rest lets it slowly settle. PermaCoin is limited and released a little less each year, so early care for the land counts most and the coin never inflates.
Proof of reality: you document your work with photos and short videos from your phone. AI reads the harvest, the water meter or the hemp in the wall, and people spot-check it. Honest, transparent, and it learns over time.
Children earn points for learning to grow hemp, collecting seeds, knowing the medicinal herbs, testing soil, helping to build, and for their own ideas and inventions. The points go into a Youth Wallet that belongs to the child, and it grows twice as fast. At eighteen it becomes a claim on a home of their own. Effort leads to reward, and the land they cared for as children shelters them as adults.
Hemp and timber houses, built from materials grown in the field and financed by its housing fund. Your contribution over time works as sweat equity: it decides which home you can claim or share. Every home is recorded openly and tied to the land it stands on.
The regenerative house ↓PermaCoin runs on its own chain, with its own rules and its own governance, because a project built on sovereignty shouldn't rent space on someone else's.
Where the earth does the work.
Any field can run this way. Nothing is waste: what one part of the field gives off, the next part takes in. Clean local energy powers the field, and the field gives back more than it takes. It fits wherever there is soil, sun and water.
Pico is where the idea first took shape: a volcanic island with its own microclimate, where the earth itself is the power source. The volcano's heat runs the field, dries the hemp and warms the homes and greenhouses. A living example of a regenerative setup, and one of many places the loop can grow.
Your stay, or your share in the field, can live as a digital key, an NFT, in your own wallet, right next to your PermaCoin. It opens the door to your home or your retreat with no agency, no reception desk and no middleman in between. The creative and the community hold the keys.
The practical fusion of it all. Art is the headcloud that bridges creativity into existence.
Permaculture, built in.
A new kind of architecture, where every part of a running house works like the garden around it: it gathers, stores and gives back. Built from hemp and intelligent materials, beautiful to live in, and as regenerative as possible in every way.
Hempcrete walls of hemp and lime. They breathe, even out the moisture, and keep carbon locked in the walls.
Cob, straw and lime, plus newer intelligent materials like basalt fibre and magnesium cement.
Gutters, pipes and details that last for generations and can be melted down and used again.
Roofs and cladding that weather into their own protective patina, and are fully recyclable.
The long side faces the sun. Glass gathers the light, eaves shade the summer, earth and stone hold the warmth. Solar panels on the roof, simple and close to the batteries.
Wood and rocket mass stoves: a small fire, and a cob bench that stays warm long after it goes out.
Rain from the roof into tanks. Gravity carries it down to the house and the garden, so no pump does what the slope can do.
Air comes in low and cool and leaves high and warm. Earth tubes cool it in summer and warm it in winter.
Through reed beds and wood chips, and back out to the trees.
Dry toilets and compost turn waste into earth again.
The house is zone 0. The kitchen garden starts at the door, the fruit forest just beyond.
Hedges and canes break the wind without blocking it, and a small turbine helps on grey days.

Dette er en underlig historie om skjønnhetsrasismens uutholdelige ondskap, og den totale motsatsen: en musestille trassalder med skyer på som aldri tok slutt.
A strange story about the unbearable evil of beauty racism, and its total opposite. Told in fragments, in conversation with Wittgenstein: a coffee-table book of photographs and art from a life lived above and below the treeline.
